The first step was standardization. Anqora introduced a unified accounts receivable model across all 32 companies, bringing consistency to invoicing and collections and improving DSO tracking.
Next came strategic sourcing and cost optimization. By aggregating spend across categories like fuel, fleet, HVAC parts, and MRO, Astra gained new leverage with suppliers and unlocked seven-figure savings in its first stage of implementation.
And because scalable growth requires technology at its core, Anqora led the modernization of Astra’s finance systems, migrating the platform to a dedicated Sage Intacct ERP and deploying Ramp for travel and expense management, giving Astra the transparency and control it needed to scale efficiently.
