Justin Freeman, Founder & CEO
Justin has spent 22 years leading procurement, finance and technology transformations, including roles at CrossCountry Consulting and Acquis. He has served as an interim executive and as a strategic advisor to PE sponsors and portfolio leadership teams.
He leads Anqora engagements personally — from scoping to the final savings report.

Kevin Snyder, Partner
Kevin has spent 18 years leading procurement and enterprise systems transformations for Fortune 100, Fortune 500 and PE-backed companies. He worked alongside Justin at CrossCountry Consulting, where he launched the firm’s Strategic Sourcing as a Service offering. Before that he founded and ran Amplify Advisory for a decade, delivering Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua and Vroozi programs end to end. Most recently he led global business systems and process transformation at Lucid Motors, where his team delivered more than $35M in validated value.

Terry Clark
Director
Terry brings 20 years of sourcing and procurement experience, including 14 years at Lennox International, most recently as Sourcing Director for the Commercial HVAC business with $700M in annual spend. He has run categories from motors and fabricated parts to transportation, MRO and indirect, and has led JAGGAER, Basware, Zycus and SAP implementations at Lennox, Blockbuster and Velocity Procurement clients. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and is a Certified Purchasing Manager.
At Anqora he leads fleet, equipment and service-parts sourcing for PE-backed services platforms, including fleet lease benchmarking and national equipment rental programs.

Raj Patel
Director
Raj leads Anqora’s post-merger integration and accounts receivable offerings and its federal market entry work, helping services companies register for government contracting, build a qualified pipeline and team with prime contractors.
He has supported Anqora engagements across PE-backed services platforms, including Astra Service Partners and Vertex Service Partners.
